Section I - Founder
- The purpose of the Founder is to monitor activity within the Federal Commonwealth to ensure that is not harmed to manipulated by external or internal forces. The Founder must adhere to the Constitution as does every other member of the Commonwealth. The goal of the Founder is to be as minimally involved in the affairs of the Commonwealth as possible.
- The Founder may expel a member from the Commonwealth without the authority of the Supreme Court only if that member presents an immediate and inherent danger to the stability and survival of the Commonwealth.
- The Founder is enumerated with the maximum powers of Executive, Appearance, Border Control, Communications, Embassies, and Polls.
